Taraba state governor Dr. Agbu Kefas has counselled his daughter Keziah and her husband Bitrus to remain steadfast in prayer as they begin their marital journey.

Speaking shortly after the couple’s wedding Thanksgiving service at Great Gospel House Church in Jalingo, Governor Kefas encouraged the young couple to take advantage of their godly foundation to build their home on Christ the solid rock.

The joyous wedding celebration which took place yesterday was attended by an array of distinguished guests, including Vice President Kashim Shettima, Former President, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, and governors from sixteen states across the country.

While thanking God for the privilege given to him and his wife to raise their children with christian values, he equally thanked every important personality who took time out to attend the event.

Governor of Plateau State, Barrister Caleb Mutfwang, who was at the service, wished the couple well and expressed confidence that with godly guidance, they would enjoy a beautiful union.

He seized the moment to describe Governor Agbu Kefas as a visionary, passionate, and committed leader who is focused on developing Taraba state, calling all everyone to support him.

In his sermon titled “Thanksgiving,” Pastor Thomas Fwatsanu of Better City Church emphasised the importance of cultivating a spirit of gratitude, highlighting its significance in the lives of believers.
