He prayed Almighty Allah to forgive the shortcomings of the deceased and grant him eternal rest in Jannatul Firdaus, while extending his condolences to the family, friends and people of Adamawa State.

Also speaking, the Chairman of the Dangote Group, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, said the late Bamanga Tukur had contributed significantly to the business community, adding that he commanded respect and was a leader of true virtues.

The Janazah prayer for the late Bamanga Tukur, who was also the Tafida Adamawa, was led by the Chief Imam of Modibbo Adama Jumaat Mosque, Khadi Ahmadu Bobboi, at the palace of the Lamido Adamawa, Dr. Muhammadu Barkindo Aliyu Mustapha.
