Despite the alleged irregularities characterized the February 25 Presidential and National Assembly elections, the Adamawa State Election Petition Tribunal is yet to receive even a single petition from any aggrieved Candidate or political party over the election.
The Tribunal secretary who spoke to our Judiciary Correspondent in her office Thursday said any aggrieved Candidate seeking redress as a fall- out of the election is free to do so but within the 21days from the date of conducting such an excercise inline with the 2020 electoral Act.
The Tribunal secretary who spoke under condition of anonymity appealed to politicians to take advantage of the Tribunal in seeking redress for the interest of justice.
