Adamawa state government has urged Fintri/Farauta support groups to continue to pray for their leaders.
Deputy Governor, Professor Kaletapwa Farauta made the call when she hosted the support groups from the twenty one local government areas of Adamawa State at government house, Yola.
Professor Kaletapwa Farauta explained that, the gathering was to eat and dine together and to celebrate Sallah as well as appreciate them for their support during electioneering period.
According to her, government has not forgotten them, and always had them in mind and thinking of ways to give them more dividends of democracy.
Professor Kaletapwa Farauta explained that the government of the day is doing all it can for the progress of all, stressing that they should intensify prayers for the development of the state.
She however pleaded with parents not to allow their children to go astray, but encourage them to embrace entrepreneurship, especially the ones that Adamawa State government is sponsoring youths to learn.
The Deputy Governor also urged parents to discipline their children not to engage in drug abuse and other social vices that can destroy their lives.
In a remark, the Fintri/Farauta structure groups from the 21 local government, appreciated Governor Fintiri for choosing Professor Kaletapwa Farauta as his Deputy.
They said Fintri/Farauta group is grateful for the opportunity given to Women to lead for the progress of the state.
