Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri takes Second Oath of office as Governor of Adamawa State

Adamawa State Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has pledged his administration’s readiness to pull out one hundred thousand  Adamawa youths and women out of poverty line annually through Poverty Alleviation and Wealth Creation Agency (PAWECA)

The Governor made the pronouncement in his inaugural speech shortly after he was sworn in for his second tenure at Mahmud Ribadu Square.
Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri stressed that his administration will continue to invest more in building peace,trust and harmony among various identity groups in the state especially the farmers and herders.
He said in his second tenure far-reaching reforms would be tie on the empowerment of youths and women by developing their capacities for technical skills,commerce and entrepreneurship.
The Governor thanked the electorates for believing in him as well commend the independent National Electoral Commission INEC for jealously guarding its image and mandate.
At the occasion the Governor inspect as well as received parade from the personnel of the Nigeria police force ,Civil Defence Corps,Nigeria Correctional service, Nigeria Immigration. He service was visibly happy for the display of skills during the match pass.
The inauguration and swearing-in ceremony was graced by prominent Nigerians, political associates to include former Vice President Atiku Abubakar,former Governors Boni Haruna ,Alhassan Dankwambo among others .
 The oath of office was administered to Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri and his Deputy Professor Kaleptafwa Farauta by the state chief judge justice Hafsat Abdurrahman.
