Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has approved Tuesday 1st October as public holiday to mark the 2024 independence day celebration.
In a statement signed by the Adamawa State head of civil service, Pharmacists Isa Ardo Shehu and made available to newsmen in Yola the Adamawa State Capital, normal work resumes on the 2nd October 2024.
Governor Fintiri therefore wished all the citizens of the state, a happy independence celebration as he urged them to celebrate peacefully.
