The Nigerian Export Promotion Council, Northeast Zone has sought collaboration with Radio Nigeria Fombina FM, towards achieving it’s set objectives.
The Regional Coordinator, Nigerian Export Promotion Council, Northeast office, Yola, Pastor John Okorie stated this when he led other members of the agency on a courtesy visit to the management of Radio Nigeria Fombina FM Yola.
The Nigerian Export Promotion Council, Northeast, Pastor John Okorie explained that the Nigerian Export Promotion Council is the Federal government of Nigeria s apex institution for promoting the development and diversification of export trade.
Pastor John Okorie said the essence of the visit was to partner Radio Nigeria, Fombina FM Yola in promoting the activities of the agency and to ensure that Adamawa State will not lack behind interns of exports trade.
According to him, Adamawa State and the northeast is lacking behind, which aroused the agency’s curiosity and the need to sensitize the public, because export is the only way to go at the moment.
While responding, the General Manager, Radio Nigeria Fombina FM, Yola, Alhaji Dahiru Garba Mohammed, expressed readiness that the station is willing to partner the agency, because they share the same objectives in promoting the wellbeing of the citizens.
According to the General Manager, the Radio Station will do all it can to support the Nigerian Export Promotion Council through its programming and reportage.
