Nigeria has recorded a major milestone in aviation safety, scoring 91.4 percent in the latest audit by the International Civil Aviation Organization, ICAO.
The minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Mr Festus Keyamo made this known while addressing newsmen in Abuja.
Mr Keyamo said the improved rating marks a significant rise from the 70 percent recorded in 2023.
The minister maintained that the development reflects ongoing reforms under President Bola Tinubu’s renewed hope agenda and strengthened regulatory oversight in the sector.
