Taraba state governor, Dr. Agbu Kefas has reiterated his decision to transform Taraba state using the state’s available natural resources to propel growth and development.
The governor stated this when he received investors from United States of America and Italy at the TY Danjuma House, Jalingo.
Governor Kefas said the delegates who are experts in the field of agriculture, mining, and energy would leverage their expertise to transform the state’s natural resources, benefiting Taraba state and the global community.
He emphasized that as the governor, his responsibility to the people of Taraba state is service, and as he serves, he would ensure he actualizes his transformative vision for the state.
Governor Kefas assured the experts of the state government’s corporation, guaranteeing their safety and well-being during their stay.
Shortly after a closed door meeting, one of the investors, Bishop Adejube, who briefed journalists on the purpose of their visit, said they are in the Taraba state to support the programmes and policies of Governor kefas.
He added that their investment in agriculture, tourism, energy, and health will open up the state to global opportunities.
